ITY Knit Jersey fabric is a soft and stretchy fabric with a full drape and vibrant color. The “ITY” stands for interlock twist yarn, which describes how the fabric is knit with interlocking, twisted yarns. This process, in addition to the 95% polyester and 5% spandex fiber content, allows ITY Knit fabric to stretch 40% vertically, and 20% horizontally. Additionally, ITY Knit Jersey displays noticeably bright and vivid colors, due to the fabrics' polyester make-up taking dyes well. Measuring 58/60 inches in width, ITY Knit fabric is 0.53 millimeters thick, has a 240 GSM, and weighs approximately 12 ounces per linear yard. Furthermore, this medium-weight fabric has an elegant, collapsible drape that forms voluminous pleats when it is hung.
